You can delete your Cloudo account at any time, from inside the app:
- Open Cloudo and go to Me → Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes your account and associated personal data, including your profile, birth charts, conversations, reports and other personal data linked to your account.
Records we may keep
Transaction or tax records that we are required to keep by law may continue to be retained after deletion, for as long as legally required.
How long deletion takes
After you confirm deletion, your account, profile, charts, conversations, reports, and associated personal data are deleted from our production systems immediately. Copies remaining in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days as part of our normal backup cycle. We do not use backup copies for any other purpose while they await deletion.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription and does not entitle you to a refund. Cancel the subscription separately in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot access the app to delete your account, email us at cloudosupport@yomiai.net with the subject line Account Deletion Request, including the email address on your Cloudo account. Before processing the request, we may ask you to verify your identity — only for information that is reasonably necessary to confirm the request comes from you.
About this page
This page explains how account deletion works and provides a backup contact channel. The in-app Me → Settings → Delete Account flow remains the primary way to delete your account — you do not need to email us to delete it.
For how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
